Authors must prepare their papers using our Microsoft Word then convert these to PDF format for submission:
Microsoft Word Template: Download Template It is important to ensure that when you submit your paper, it is in the correct format, and has been thoroughly proofread. Papers not in the appropriate paper and format will not be forwarded to the review process, so please ensure that your paper has been checked for errors.
Submission Process:
Manuscripts submitted to the AIRCET25 Conference must be original and must not be previously published. Authors should send PDF format of their papers (maximum 8 pages) before the deadline (see Important Dates) via sciencesconf submission manager.
Then, send a copy of the paper by email to a.guezzaz@uca.ac.ma
Management System:
Submissions are managed through sciencesconf. Use your existing account or create a new one to submit your paper.
Please Note that:
1) AI detected plagiarism from Turnitin should be 0
2) Plagiarism should be less than 10%. There should not be continuous plagiarism
3) All diagrams should be high-quality images
4) All images and tables should be cited in text
5) Diagrams/images can not be taken from the published paper.
6) Email address for all the authors should be added. Add your affiliation properly, there should not be a shortcut in the affiliation for example use Department instead of Dept.
7) All references should be from good journals and conferences.
