Registration Fees

Instructions 

• The registration deadline is *************. Fees include conference materials, coffee breaks and lunch buffets.
• Accepted papers without a registered author will not be included in the conference proceedings.
• For student registrations, the first author must be a PhD student (proof of student status must be sent with the payment receipt in PDF format)
• Once the registration fee payment is done, the author must send a scanned receipt (in PDF format) to the email :
   
• The payment is accepted only via Bank Wire Transfer. 
• Please specify in your payment (e.g., in a comment field) the following expression: “AIRCET25Registration_paper ID” where ID is the ID of your paper (e.g., “AIRCET25Registration_paper175”).

• (*) All bank charges have to be paid in addition to the registration fees
